Jazz Ventures was founded in 1998 as an LLP and converted to an LLC in Jan. 2000. The company has been a business and marketing consultancy since its start. The company was at the front-end of the digital marketing era helping companies with email marketing when it was just an idea. The company has helped start new businesses, participated in turnarounds, assisted in acquisition activities, been involved in education software, video content marketing and more.

Most recently, over the past 8 years, the company’s focus has been on helping companies prepare to obtain funding. This has involved in a range of activities – from reviewing business strategies to writing them; from reviewing financial projections to helping construct them. We’ve done market research, made introductions to funding and financing sources and generally act as advisors and consultants. (We are not brokers.) But the consistent mission has been to help start-ups, small companies and those reaching the point of emerging prepare for their next step. As a partnering resource for The Network Connect, we helped CEO’s prepare to make elevator pitches and prepare to present to investors.
