Jazz Ventures was founded in 1998 as an LLP and converted to an LLC in Jan. 2000. The company has been a business and marketing consultancy since its start. The company has helped start new businesses, participated in turnarounds, assisted in acquisition activities, been involved in education software, video content marketing and strategic marketing.

Most recently, over the past 8 years, the company’s focus has been on assisting companies prepare to obtain funding. This has involved in a range of activities – from reviewing business strategies to writing them; from reviewing financial projections to helping construct them. We’ve done market research and generally act as advisors and consultants. (We are not brokers.) But the consistent mission has been early-stage development, startup, or emerging growth company, to create your business and fund its growth and expansion.

He has been working with businesses raising capital for more than 10 years.

Brad Lantz - Partner

Senior executive with more than 35 years of proven success in launching and growing successful businesses. Demonstrated expertise in strategic marketing, leadership development, facilitation, coaching, business growth, and mental health and wellness. A military veteran.

Stuart Morrison - Strategic Planning Director

As Head of Strategic Planning, Stuart leads global efforts to connect companies with the partners they need to launch and scale their operations. Stuart's role involves identifying high-potential projects across international markets, facilitating strategic partnerships, and aligning them with world class entities that seek to de-risk projects, drive growth, and accelerate development.
