Jazz Ventures provides a variety of business consulting services and for the past 12 years, the firm has focused on start-ups, turnarounds, emerging and growing small companies. Developing a “roadmap” is often the most critical issue facing small and growing companies. Many desire to raise money and have never worked with financial resources and need to properly articulate their strategic plan, develop sales and marketing strategies, review their brand and market positioning, and create their financial pro-formas. Properly describing market opportunities, selling strategies and how a company will win – with valid assumptions and verifiable market data is key to what we help companies with.
